How did we get there? We took the underground from Whitechapel to Tower Hill on the District Line. It took about 10 minutes (You can find more information on the Transport for London website)
What can you do there?
Visit the Tower of London. It costs £1 if you have an Idea Store card, but if you don't it costs £17 for adults and £10 for children.
Take a river boat trip from Tower Pier to Greenwich or Westminster. A return trip costs around £9 for adults and £5 for children.
Walk across Tower Bridge.
